Description
Quenching Tunnel Automation
The existing motor-reducer is changing to a modern stepper drive (based on the cycloid type). This drive ensures reliable operation in the start-stop mode and accurate chain stopping with hinges.
Autoscale products
The manipulator is installed for automatic removal of ice cream after hardening. This ensures stable synchronization of removal and transfer of the finished product without damage to the pocket conveyor, which guarantees the quality and appearance of the ice cream. The drive of the manipulator on the basis of the servo drive, which provides an accurate and stable transfer of the wafer production ice cream cup (torch) and sugar cone.
Pocket conveyor with flap
One or two sets of pocket conveyors with transfer boxes are installed. The transferors ensure the perfect transfer of ice cream to packaging machines. The synchronization of the entire set of equipment is controlled from the HMI of the operator panel with the ability to fine-tune and control. The entire drive unit is servo-based.
Automation of packaging machines
An encoder is installed on the main drive of the quenching tunnel to synchronize with the filling line and new software is written for automatic packaging machines.
