Karakuri trolley for transporting boxes is designed for transporting corrugated boxes of various sizes and unloading them into a Lantech / Siat box former.

Description

The trolley consists of two modules:
Module 1 is the base for transportation.
Module 2 is basically the place of accumulation of the trolley.
Implemented the possibility of using the AGV in perspective to move the trolley. At  that time Module 1 is dismantled and Module 2 is moved to AGV.

Module 2 - the main “place of accumulation of the trolley” has two operation positions:
1 - “Loading / Transporting”.
2 - “Unloading”

Special features:
  • Retractable platform for feeding corrugated boxes;
  • The lifting mechanism of the sliding platform;
  • Limiting stops for fixing boxes.
  •  The product is made of stainless steel AISI 304, it can be manufactured from aluminum profile. 
This product can be manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, taking into account its specified parameters and features
