The closed-type ice cream dispenser is designed for dispensing ice cream into wafer, paper and plastic cups, sugar cones and is installed on the OLV type line.

Description

The closed-type ice cream dispenser is intended for dispensing ice cream into waffle cups and is installed on the OLV type line.

Features:
  • Lifting/lowering of the dispenser is carried out by a servo drive;
  • High dosing accuracy with the possibility of smooth dose correction;
  • Adjustable lifting and lowering stroke of the dispenser;
  • 100% filling capacity of the container;
The design of the equipment allows it to be used for joint work with filler input devices manufactured by JSCo "Policon" (ingredient feeder, jam filling station, ice cream and chocolate mixer).

At the request of the customer, it is supplied with a set of nozzles for introducing fillers (homogeneous) into the ice cream stream.

This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
