Description
Tire Assembly machine (model 2ST21) with a Breker feeder and a tread feeder is made for the 2nd stage of assembling radial tires with a landing diameter of 21’’ with thepossibility of assembling tires of other sizes with a landing diameter of 19-22,5’’ (usingoptional replacement units).
The Brecker bracelet Assembly machine is moved using a servo drive, which ensures that the Brecker bracelet is assembled with the layers offset relative to each
other in automatic mode without manually setting the Brecker feeders.
Field of application - production of cargo radial tires with metal cord in the Brecker.
The machine contains 5 main modules connected by a common control system:
• Final Assembly machine;
• Breker bracelet carrier;
• Breker bracelet Assembly machine;
• Breker feeder;
• Tread feeder.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
