Tire Building Drum is installed on the SPK-23 machine and is intended for assembling the tire breaker bracelet 11. 00R20.
Description
Tire building drum consists of a shaft attached to the faceplate of the forming drum of the SPK-23 machine. The housing with radial grooves is mounted on the cantilever end of the shaft in which radially movable sliders are placed from levers connected to an axially movable sleeve along the shaft. On the sliders, using removable spacers, the sectors forming the surface of the drum are installed.
The axial movement of the sleeve is carried out from three pneumatic cylinders mounted on the shaft. The sleeve is returned to its original position by springs. Air is supplied to the pneumatic cylinders through a hose from the hole in the faceplate of the SPK-23 Assembly machine.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
