The equipment is intended for cutting a rubberized metal cord web with a guillotine width of up to 850 mm into double workpieces at an angle of 30 to 70 degrees.

Features:
  • Equipment capacity of 40 m/min
  • The accuracy of cutting workpieces 1mm
  • Guillotine type cutting machine with hydraulic drive.
  • Longitudinal cutting machine with a knife of increased diameter, which allows you to simultaneously produce two workpieces of different widths and increases the productivity of the equipment
  • Modern control system using a controller that allows you to implement various service functions: fault display with the allocation of graphical information on the display
  • Pneumatic equipment from FESTO, CAMOZZI, SMC.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications  of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
