Heated tank for receiving the softener from the weigh batcher, storing it in a preheated state and transmitting it to the input valve in the rubber mixer in the preparatory production of tire, cable factories and factories of rubber products.

Features:
  • the surface of the tank and pipelines in contact with the softener are made of stainless steel.
  • branch pipes for softener input and output are provided on the tank
  • a level switch is installed to monitor the emptying of the tank.
  • a gear pump is installed to feed the softener from the tank to the inlet valve.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications  of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
