Description

The heated tank is designed for heating, melting, filtering and transferring softeners to a weight batcher in the preparatory production of tire, cable factories and factories of rubber products.

Features: 
  • the surface of the tank and pipelines in contact with the softener are made of stainless steel.
  • branch pipes for input and output of steam and fusible softeners are provided
  • a device for measuring and automatically maintaining the set temperature of softeners, upper and lower level relays, a three-blade mixer driven by a gear motor, a mesh for filtering softeners.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications  of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
