Description

Unloading soft containers of the «big-bag» type and supplying bulk ingredients to consumables, scales or transport systems in the preparatory production of tire, cable factories and rubber technical factories. 

Features:
  • the device includes an electric hoist with a traverse for securing the container and installing it on a loading funnel.
  • on a loading funnel mounted on vibration mounts, there are: an electric vibrator, a sealing membrane, gate valve, an air outlet with a filter.
  • there are manufacturing options without an electric hoist, but then it is necessary to ensure the installation of a big-bag on the unloading equipment with another lifting mechanism.
Unloading equipment can be supplied as a complete set:
  • with a spiral conveyor for feeding bulk ingredients to hopper equipment or transport systems.
  • with a screw feeder for supplying bulk ingredients to the scales, in this case the «big-bag» functions as a feed hopper.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications  of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
