Description

Designed for the selection of bulk ingredients of rubber compounds from consumables and feeding them to the scales in the preparatory production of tire, cable, asbestos factories and rubber technical factories.

Features:
  • The design of the feeder prevents caking of the material in the lower part of the hopper and ensures uniform, predetermined supply of the dosed material to the balance.
  • The feeder housing is the lower section of the feed hopper with a built-in agitator and auger.
  • The design of the screw, made in the form of blades and a helical surface, is individual for various types of materials.
  • The drive is carried out by a gear motor with a frequency converter, providing smooth control of the speed of rotation of the screw and agitator.
  • For more accurate dosing, a material cutter is installed on the discharge port of the feeder.
  • The feeder is made of stainless steel.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications  of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
