The complex of automatic internal cleaning and filling of Keg barrels 30-MN is intended for sterilization and filling of kegs with a finished product.

Description:
  • Automatic washing, sterilization and filling of kegs with the finished product.
  • The washing and filling mode is started by the operator.
  • Automatic keg filling.
  • Convenient access to all the main elements of the installation for servicing and visual inspection.
  • Materials for manufacturing valves and pumps are selected for working with solutions of alkaline and acid reagents.
  • The unit has 6 pivot points with adjustable height.
  • The complex is delivered pre-assembled, which facilitates installation and saves the time it takes to start the installation of equipment.
  • KEG-30MN automatic control system is based on the use of the Siemens S7 controller.
  • In the event of a malfunction in the installation of equipment, the automation sends a signal and blocks the operation.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications  of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
