Description

The «Policon» company designs and manufactures conveyors and conveyor systems for the supply, selection and distribution of various types of products.

The set of conveyors consists of 9 selection conveyors that connect various equipment for the production of sweets into a single transport system:

Selection of wrapped sweets on the conveyor;
Moving the flow of wrapped sweets from the second floor to the first;
Automated stacking of wrapped chocolates for manual packing in boxes.

Conveyors take sweets from the production line, automatically distribute the flows of sweets depending on the load of the FlowPack machines. Pivoting belt conveyors provide uniform change of direction of the product row at an angle of 10 ° –180 °. The equipment is made of high quality materials and components that are safe for contact with food.

The control system allows you to set a single rhythm for the production process and smoothly regulate the speed of transportation of the finished product.

The introduction of conveyor systems makes it possible to optimize a large number of operations in the production cycle, increase productivity, and eliminate manual labor from the technological process.

Belt width, length and complexity of the conveyor system depend on production and customer specifications.

This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
