The soot supply line is designed to receive, transport and transfer carbon black from one conveyor to another. Or into the mixer tank from the soot tank storage to the rubber mixer tank in the preparatory production.
Scope - preparatory production of tire, cable plants and factories of rubber technical products.
Product composition and completeness:
Conveyors in the line are connected to each other by branch pipes. Gates are installed on conveyors with two discharge nozzles. The loading section of the conveyors is equipped with a loading opening through which carbon black is received. On the tension section of each conveyor there is a mechanism with a sensor for monitoring the rotation of the scraper chain. The gate is equipped with 2 sensors to control the valve position.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
