The equipment is designed to produce a continuous metal cord strip the frame of cargo radial tires up to 870 mm wide and side belts by cutting the metal cord web into billets on a guillotine type cutting machine.

Features:
  • Cutting accuracy of 1mm blanks
  • Guillotine type cutting machine with hydraulic drive.
  • Modern control system using a controller that allows you to implement various service functions: fault display with the allocation of graphical information on the display
  • Pneumatic equipment from FESTO, CAMOZZI, SMC.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
