The set of equipment of the "Chestny ZNAK" project is designed for automatic application of the DataMatrix code, reading the code, rejecting unusable products and distributing them to several packing places in a fully automatic mode.

The set of equipment for the project "Chestny ZNAK" consists of:
  • Hopper for feeding and orientation of cans of 80 grams and 200 (400) grams.
  • Printer for printing DataMatrix code.
  • Detector of the presence of a code - machine vision cameras.
  • Broker rejection of defective products.
  • Set of conveyors with flow distributors.
  • Control cabinet with HMI operator panel.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
