Steady rest loading lines is designed for the piece-by-piece supply of pipes from the pipe rack to the processing position on the lathe, holding the pipe in the steady rest of the line when processing it in the machine, and transferring the pipes to the next pipe rack after the end of turning.
Steady rest loading lines is installed on the base: pipe loading and unloading transfer units, roller supports, steady rests, roller height regulator, shafts, sensors for monitoring the presence of a pipe.
The presence of a pipe in the line is controlled by an optical sensor installed on the steady rest closest to the machine. The lifting / lowering of the roller supports is controlled by sensors that control the end positions of the pneumatic cylinder.
This product can be made according to the technical task of the customer, given its specified parameters and features.
