The station is designed for uniform mixing of fillers (condensed milk, salted caramel, cream, marmalade, jam, nut paste) coming in barrels during the production of ice cream and confectionery, also for further decoration and introduction into the product.
- Elimination of manual operations and increased productivity.
- Selection of the mode/recipe for a certain type of product on the HMI control panel.
The station consists of a frame, an agitator with a drive for lifting and lowering, a holder with container grippers, a control cabinet with an HMI operator panel, and a protective fence.
The container with the product is transported on a Euro-pallet to the mixing station and back.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
