Four-line filling machine with automatic ice cream transfer module (nine different sizes and types of product).

The filling machine is designed for the production of ice cream as part of an OLV type line.

Productivity 6500 pieces/hour.

The equipment includes:

Device for storing ice cream «Cups»;
Device for storing ice cream «Cones»;
Unit "injection of chocolate glaze";
Ice cream dispenser unit with watering/decorating unit;
Unit "sprinkling with dry ingredients";
Device for storing ice cream lid;
Cone Shaper Unit;
Device for lifting ice cream;
Automated control system cabinet;
Control panel of the automated control system;
Automatic ice cream transfer module.

The automatic ice cream transfer module is designed to transfer ice cream from the packer's conveyor to the conveyor plate with holes for the product of the OLV type conveyor line. Ice cream is removed simultaneously from two rows of the packer's conveyor.

This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
