Tensometric conveyor scales are designed for weighing sheet masterbatch.
Scope - pre-production of tire, cable, asbestos plants and rubber technical factories.
During the operation of the tensometric scales, the weighed material is fed onto the conveyor belt: a rubber mixture laid in folds or cut into sheets. When the required mass is reached, the process of supplying material to the scales stops. At the signal of the control system, the scales are switched on and the weighed portion of the material is fed into the rubber mixer.
This product can be manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer, taking into account its predetermined parameters and features.
