DREAM 1000 packshots line

The DREAM ice cream line is an automatic machine for packing ice cream into packshots.

Packaging material - polyethylene, polypropylene, laminates, polypropylene + polyester + PVDC and other thermoplastic materials.

Packaging of the product occurs when it is placed in a packshots obtained by unwinding a film of wrapping material, which in turn is shaped and sealed into bags of various sizes depending on production needs.
The equipment can be equipped with auxiliary systems for counting, weighing and dosing according to the product, as well as systems for transportation, packaging, labeling, etc.

The line is designed for connection to continuous ice cream freezers. It processes and fills bags formed from a single roll of printed packaging material fed by guide rollers to a forming device.

At this point, the flat film is wound around a special supply pipe - the sleeve former. Half of the pipe is sealed vertically and longitudinally using a heating element and a sealing pad that presses the film against the filling pipe.

At the end of the cycle, horizontal sealing occurs using alternating clamps with a knife that separates the bags.
