EXPORT - Sticking sticks into more than just ice cream! Soufflé please!
15.04.2024Factory testing and acceptance by the Customer of a new set of equipment for stuffing sticks into soufflés in chocolate glaze have been completed.
The project was completed in a short time and is already being prepared for shipment.
The set of equipment for hammering a stick is a pocket conveyor on which are located:
- stick hammer (3 pcs.);
- broker for transferring the product to the packaging machine (available from the customer);
- control cabinet.
Productivity – up to 120 pcs/min.
Soufflé dimensions: length/width/thickness, mm 80 ± 2 / 37 ± 2 / 18 ± 2.
According to the technical specifications, the product is placed into the “pockets” of the conveyor manually by the operator. Next, the product moves along a pocket conveyor, a stick is hammered into the soufflé and the product is transferred to a packaging machine. The customer personally took part in laying the soufflé and tested the operation of the conveyor at normal and maximum speed.
The equipment can be designed and manufactured for a different type of product or other confectionery products. Instead of an operator, it is possible to install a robot to automatically capture, transfer and place the soufflé on the conveyor.
